Love, Peace & Garnacha by Jade Gross is a red wine of the 2024 vintage, made by the multifaceted Jade in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, a municipality attached to the Denominación de Origen Calificada Rioja.
This wine is made from the second most widespread red grape variety in Rioja: Garnacha.
Although this is the fifth time Jade has produced a red wine made exclusively from Grenache, it is the first vintage from her newly acquired vineyard in San Andrés, in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. The vines are trained using the bush method on clay and sandy soil, where the variety expresses itself in a lighter, more vibrant way.
The grapes were harvested by hand on 29 September 2024; 80% of the destemmed bunches fermented in an open stainless steel tank. The wine is aged for 12 months in 225- and 500-litre French oak barrels (10% of which are new).
An exquisite red wine from La Rioja, of which there are only 2,550 numbered bottles. A real rarity!
