Chiguita Garnacha Blanca by Jade Gross, a white wine from the vintage 2025 made by multifaceted Jade with the help of the famous Riojan winemaker Abel Mendoza, in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, a township adhered to the Rioja Denominacion de Origen Calificada.
This is the second time this wine has been made with White Grenache as the sole variety.
Grenache Blanc, planted on a hillside with clay-limestone soil in Labastida.
The grapes were harvested by hand on 12 September 2025 and, following direct pressing of whole bunches, the must fermented in a 500-litre French oak barrel, after which it was aged in the same barrel for six months on the lees.
An exclusive white wine from Rioja as there are only 200 individually numbered bottles.
