Flat rate delivery to mainland Spain: 8 €.

Flat rate for delivery to the Balearic Islands: 12 €.

Rate for Wine Club products: free shipping

Orders over 100€: free delivery (only for Spain).

European Union international delivery varies depending on the country, up to 6 bottles 20-40€, up to 12 bottles (maximum quantity per order): 35-60€. For bigger orders please contact us directly.

Additionally we can arrange overseas worldwide shipping upon individual request. 

All shipments are made through OnTime agency and international courier services like UPS / FedEx or similar. The shipping cost includes the agreed delivery service, insurance, special packaging and VAT.

Orders are shipped in special packaging with maximum protection designed specifically for the transport of glass bottles. Shipments are 100% insured so that the customer does not have to worry about the loss or breakage of the shipment.

Delivery time:

Orders are delivered within 48 hours of preparation and dispatch of the order. We offer the service of choosing the delivery time between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. (2 hour time slot; example: 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon).

Shipments are prepared the day after reception of the order and payment (order confirmation). In other words, all orders received and confirmed from Monday to Thursday are shipped the following day. Orders received and confirmed from Friday to Sunday are shipped on Monday. In the event of any delay in dispatch of the order, the company will inform the customer of the estimated date of delivery.

If the carrier is unable to make the agreed delivery, he will contact you for the second delivery. For this reason it is important that you leave us your mobile or landline phone number. If the second delivery cannot be made either, the order will remain at the nearest OnTime branch so that you can collect it within 7 calendar days. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any delays in delivery.

Returns

At BlancoTinto we offer the best customer service, therefore we accept returns in the following cases:

Return due to faulty packaging

If at the time of delivery you notice that the packaging is damaged and wet (it is understood that it contains internal tears), please refuse the shipment. In this case please contact us by email hola@blancotinto.com or telephone +34 676 490 945.

We will receive the returned shipment and will replace the products as soon as possible.

Return due to article defect

If the wine you have received is not in optimal conditions for consumption, or has a defect, for example "cork", you can return the bottle with the rest of the content covered with the original cork, so we can check the defect in our office address BlancoTinto.com, Calle del Mar 68 - 3A11 - 46560 Massalfassar Spain, Valencia. In case of confirmation that the wine is defective we will send a new bottle free of charge with your next order. It is highly recommended that you send us the return in protective packaging so that the bottle does not break during transport. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the shipment must be made within 30 days from the delivery of the original order.

Returns for not meeting expectations

If you have bought several bottles of the same wine and after tasting it does not meet your expectations, you can return them to us (with suitable packaging and paying the shipping costs to our offices at the address mentioned in the previous section). Once we have checked the condition of the returned bottles (no breakages) we will issue a refund (by the same method of payment) of the amount corresponding to the price of the bottles purchased with a 5% discount for returns management. This type of return is accepted within a maximum period of 30 days from the delivery of the original order.
