Hirsch Ried Lamm Kammern Grüner Veltliner 2024 comes from the renowned Ried Lamm 1ÖTW single vineyard in Kammern, Kamptal DAC, widely regarded as one of Austria's finest sites for Grüner Veltliner. Located on the southeastern foothills of Heiligenstein, the vineyard combines calcareous loam and loess soils, creating wines of remarkable depth, concentration and minerality.

Farmed according to certified biodynamic principles, the grapes are harvested by hand in October. Whole-bunch pressing is followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts, while the wine matures on its fine lees in a combination of stainless steel tanks and large oak casks. This careful approach preserves the purity of the vineyard while adding texture, complexity and exceptional ageing potential.

The result is an outstanding Grüner Veltliner with aromas of white blossom, stone fruit and delicate spice, supported by profound minerality and remarkable precision.
