Hirsch Ried Gaisberg Kammern Grüner Veltliner 2024 comes from the renowned Ried Gaisberg 1ÖTW single vineyard in Kammern, Kamptal DAC, one of Austria's finest Grüner Veltliner sites. Bordering the legendary Heiligenstein vineyard, Gaisberg enjoys a sunny southern exposure and an exceptional geological diversity, with calcareous loess in the lower slopes and gneiss, amphibolite and gravel in the upper sections, producing wines of remarkable elegance, depth and mineral precision.

Farmed according to certified biodynamic principles, the grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. Whole-bunch pressing is followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts, while the wine matures on its fine lees in a combination of stainless steel tanks and large oak casks. This gentle approach preserves the vineyard's identity while adding texture, precision and outstanding ageing potential.

The result is a refined and expressive Grüner Veltliner with aromas of white apple, citrus, wild flowers and delicate spice.
