The aromatic malvasia grapes come from the La Tablada, Los Tabaqueros, La Batista, and La Time plots, from the oldest vines, over 100 years old. Late harvest of almost raisined grapes, of great selection, macerated in the winery for more than 14 hours before starting fermentation with its own yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to 500-liter barrels for aging on lees for at least 1 year.
This sweet wine from the 2023 vintage is perfectly balanced with an aromatic and flavour complexity, an enveloping sweetness and a good acidity that won't let you get tired of drinking it!
Production, as always, is very limited to 1,000 bottles of 0.5 l.
It is a great Canarian wine with a long life!
