La Tablada is the name of the main vineyard, where little known grapes such as gual and sabro come from. For this 2021 vintage a small portion of marmajuelo and malvasia aromatica grapes was added. Vineyards over 80 years old, planted in soils covered with volcanic sand on a hillside. Winemaking notes: pre-fermentation skin maceration in stainless steel (finishing fermentation in French oak barrels). Subsequently aged for 9 months on its lees.
