Singularis is a unique wine in the sense that it will not be produced again... Carlos Lozano, the winemaker of Llanos Negros de Fuencaliente, La Palma, together with Esther Resina presents the fourth edition of a singular wine: the very rare black grape Vijariego Negro from a single plot surrounded by pine forests grown in the north of the island of La Palma.
The grapes are fermented in a steel tank and then aged for 12 months in old barrels. It is an elegant, fine Canarian red wine, ready to enjoy with good friends now or in a few years time.
