One of the most unique of the collection is the wine called "La Time", which is the name of the plot where the 60+ year old Listán Blanco is grown. Winemaking notes: Partially fermented with the skins in the winery's original cement tanks from 1947, after 6 days it was devatted (the skins were removed) and fermentation was completed. The wine has been left in the same tank for almost 15 years until bottling in July 2015. It is a very special wine of which about 2,000 bottles have been filled every year since it was first released and which is about to be finished... We recommend decanting the wine to fully enjoy its aromas and flavors.
