Puro Rofe Precinto Mecánico 2022

This wine is a special collaboration between Eloi Cedó (a Mallorca native, an oenologist renowned for his very delicate elaborations of his Sistema Vinari project) and Puro Rofe from Lanzarote (managed by Rayco Fernandez). 

Made from Malvasia Volcanica (or Malvasia de Lanzarote), grown in the Tilama area by Ascensión Robayna (several Puro Rofe wines are made with her grapes), harvested at the end of July, spontaneous fermentation, the wine is neither filtered nor clarified and no sulphur is added.

Our impressions: the wine transports you to the vineyards surrounded by these volcanic stones, with notes of smoke, sulphur and crushed stone, with subtle citrus and floral notes, in the mouth it is very fresh with marked acidity, and light bodied (only 11º alc.) with an unusual saline sensation. A very special wine and true to its origin!
