Singularis is a unique wine in the sense that it will not be produced again... Carlos Lozano, the winemaker of Llanos Negros de Fuencaliente, La Palma, presents the second edition of a singular wine: aromatic malvasia made as an orange wine, i.e. the grapes fermented whole with their skins. Three batches were made, with different maceration times with skins, up to 7 months. All winemaking and resting was carried out in stainless steel tanks. One of these 533 bottles can be yours.
