For a long time it was mistakenly considered that the gyro was a clone of the garnacha, and the differences between the two varieties were attributed to adaptation to the environment, i.e. the warm Alicante climate.
Old vines from Jalón (Xaló) located in the Marina Alta, crushed and fermented 100% with stems, aged in old barrels and foudres. Production about 2,500 bottles.
