This is a red wine made from bobal (80%) with a contribution of garnacha (20%), grown in the Requena area (the family winery "Sentencia" is not in the D.O.) on dry land and organically. The vines are old, between 60 and 80 years old (garnacha and bobal respectively), fermented in inox with 20% whole clusters (with stems) and aged in French oak barrels for 15 months (2 to 4 year old barrels). 3,000 bottles of the 2016 vintage. A wine to enjoy or keep for a few more years.
