This is a red wine made from bobal (80%) with a contribution of garnacha (20%), grown in the Requena area (the family winery "Sentencia" is not in the D.O.) on dry land and organically. The vines are old, between 60 and 80 years (garnacha and bobal respectively), fermented in stainless steel and aged in French oak barrels for 1 year. 3,000 bottles of the 2014 vintage. A wine to enjoy or keep for a few more years.
