Dry Muscat of Alexandria, with a one-week skin maceration that provides an orange color and unique flavors! The 2013 vintage Nimi is a little lighter compared to the 2012. View Gold with orange reflections, wide silver rim. Glyceride. Olfato Raisin, cider apple, orange peel, honey, jasmine, orange blossom, undergrowth (sage, thyme), ferment (needs aeration). Taste Medium acidity, low sugar, low alcohol. Citrus entry on the palate, notes of orange, loquat, caramelized. Medium-short aftertaste.
