View Gold with orange reflections, wide silver rim. Glyceride. Olfato Raisin, cider apple, orange peel, honey, jasmine, orange blossom, undergrowth (sage, thyme), ferment (needs aeration). Taste Medium acidity, low sugar, low alcohol. Citrus entry on the palate, notes of orange, loquat, caramelized. Medium-short aftertaste.
