The new vintage of the still little known, but desired Marko Skin 2019, is made with 2 typical varieties of txakolis: 50% Hondarribi Zuri Zerratia and 50% Hondarribi Zuri. Fermentation of the whole grapes took about 20 days in a Padilla (Villarrobledo) vat, and then the wine spent 7 months in large 500-liter French oak barrels. It is a wine made with minimal intervention, without filtering or fining, and has great cellaring potential. Produced 1400 bottles.
