Legrand-Latour Éocène 2020 Brut Nature Champagne

The 4th generation of the Legrand-Latour family works the vineyards under the premises of biodynamics for this fantastic champagne, they grow Meunier and Chardonnay grapes in the Marne Valley (specifically in the villages of Vandieres and Verneuil).

Known for their fondness for identifying wines according to the geological composition of the vineyards, Eocene refers to soils of marine origin between 56 and 34 million years old.

Vintage 2020, 50% Meunier and 50% Chardonnay, base wine aged in barrels on lees for 12 months, bottled in September 2021 and disgorged in February 2025 (41 months on the lees), 0g dosage. 7,722 bottles.
