Sexto Elemento 6º Elemento 2019

Vino Sexto Elemento is a family project started in 2000 in Venta del Moro (near Utiel) and has become a benchmark for natural wines made in the Utiel-Requena area although they are not under the D.O. 6º Elemento, their first wine and the winery's flagship, is made from the bobal variety, following natural winemaking practises, as no chemical ingredients are added. It is a classic and robust wine, aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, although the method of production is not traditional: the wine ferments and ages on the lees during this period. Bobal of high expression, from old vines planted in the clay soils, typical of the area.
