Sexto Elemento Respeto 2018

Vino Sexto Elemento is a family project started in 2000 in Venta del Moro (near Utiel) and has become a benchmark for natural wines made in the Utiel-Requena area although they are not under the D.O. Respeto is the big brother of the Bobales, in its maximum expression, made as all the wines of the winery in a natural way, since no chemical ingredient is added. The grapes come from a very old vineyard of more than 100 years old, with calcareous clay soils (the same as the 6º Elemento), and given their very high quality, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 24 months. Magnificent bobal for a special moment, to enjoy now or in a few years!
