In Vega de Ribes they have been cultivating the vineyards for decades in an artisanal and ecological way, given its location in the vicinity of the Garraf natural park, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Mazic. A sparkling wine made according to the ancestral method: a single fermentation process that ends in the bottle. In this case, part of the must begins to ferment in chestnut barrels and another part in a stainless steel tank, and then the wine is bottled to finish the alcoholic fermentation in the same bottle. In this way, the carbon dioxide gas that gives us so much pleasure remains trapped in the wine for years... Truly exquisite and exclusive! Made from the local variant of the Malvasia grape, called Malvasia de Sitges, this sparkling wine is delicious on its own or with appetizers. Balanced and rich in aromatic nuances, it has a taste of very ripe exotic fruit due to the point of residual sugar (about 15 g/l) that comes from the fruit itself.
