This is an unusual Albariño: grapes were destemmed and crushed, and fermented with its skins for 2 weeks with later ageing for 9 months in French oak barrels. This is the first vintage to undergo a change of ageing vessel, from acacia to oak.
Only 1,320 bottles of the 2022 vintage have been produced.
A great wine to enjoy with all kinds of gastronomy or to keep in the cellar for a while longer!
