4Kilos has become a mythical winery in Mallorca with its unique red wines, but also presenting an unusual image in the market: every year the label changes, like the wine, depending on the vintage... Made from a local grape variety called Callet, coming from 2 plots, old vine of 45 years and a younger one of 10 years. Fermented partially in stainless steel tank and big oak vats, with later big (600 liter) French oak barrel aging for 12 months. A refreshing delight! The modern vision of the red wines from the Mediterranean, in Mallorca´s own version.
