Valencian Merseguera from a unique plot of land

The Merseguera grape, native to the Valencia area, in this case grown in Alto Turia and in a unique plot of 0.45 ha over 35 years old in soils of various gravels (composed of sand, rocks and calcareous silt). Cultivated under biodynamic principles since 2015, without irrigation.
The 2016 vintage in the area was dry and hot which gave small but healthy berries. Harvested on October 23, whole cluster press, fermented with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature, with subsequent aging on lees. 980 bottles.
Natural vinification without added sulfites, the label shows the soils of the vineyard.
