Fantastic sparkling wine made with traditional method as if it were a claret, from 4 varieties: 2 reds – grenache and syrah, and 2 whites – white grenache and macabeo.
Natural winemaking, with the second fermentation in bottle with crown cork, and after a few months, manual disgorgement is carried out. In the mouth, it can remind you of an ancestral sparkling wine because of its highly fruity and sweet notes, but also because it is addictive!
