Valsangiacomo Reserva Vermouth, made since 1904 with the original recipe of Benedetto Valsangiacomo, founder of the winery in Chiva (Valencia), is made with white Macabeo wine as the base for this exquisite drink.
The wine is macerated with 24 different Mediterranean and Alpine botanicals such as gentian, wormwood, coriander, savory, sage, oregano, camomile, elderberry, orange peel, among others. The vermouth is then refined in American oak barrels for a period of up to 5 years, which gives it its special character, with balanced flavours of sweetness and subtle bitterness in addition to its herbaceous notes, vanilla and other sweet spices.
We recommend to drink it on the rocks with a piece of orange zest.
