Almost like a first cousin of the manzanillas from Sanlúcar, but warmer and fruitier! Muscat from old vines (vineyard in the Marina Alta area), between 40 and 100 years old. Direct pressing for fermentation in stainless steel tanks and subsequent aging in barrels under the veil of flor for less than 2 years. Very limited production of about 300 bottles per year.
