Orange Wine from Muscat of Alexandria grown on dry land

The grapes for this wine are grown on dry land in the Sierra de Chiva, Paraje Las Bairetas (halfway between Valencia and Requena), on clay and gravel soils. It is a joint project between the restaurant Las Bairetas (Chiva) and Alberto Pedrón from Sentencia.
Natural vinification, crushing of de-stemmed grapes, fermentation with skins and stems for 6 weeks, then aging on lees in stainless steel tanks for 9 months. 2017 was the first vintage of commercialization of this wine with 600 bottles.
Unclarified, unstabilized and without any additives except for some sulfur before bottling.
