Felipe Gutiérrez distinguishes several types of muscatels that he cultivates, and this wine is made from the Moscatel Romano variety, planted on the banks of the Gorgos River in the mid-mountains. A pioneer in the production of different types of muscatels (dry, sweet sparkling, with flor), Felipe has been making orange wines since 1998….
Late harvest, whole-grain fermentation in 5 open barrels for 3 days, aged for one year in old French barrels.
