This is an unusual Albariño, destemmed and stomped, fermented on its skins for 2 weeks and aged for 9 months in a large old Austrian acacia foudre. Of the 2021 vintage, 1,498 bottles have been produced. Great wine to enjoy with all types of gastronomy or keep for a while longer in the cellar!
