This is an unusual Albariño, destemmed and crushed, fermented on its skins for 2 weeks and aged in a large old Austrian acacia foudre. Of the 2017 vintage, 1,198 bottles have been produced. Great wine to enjoy with all types of gastronomy or keep for a while longer in the cellar!
