All shipments are made through the Envialia agency. The shipping cost includes the agreed delivery service, insurance, special packaging and VAT.

Orders are shipped in special packaging with maximum protection designed specifically for the transport of glass bottles. Shipments are 100% insured so that the customer does not have to worry about the loss or breakage of the shipment.

Delivery time:

Los pedidos se entregan en un plazo de 48 horas desde la preparación y el envío del pedido. Ofrecemos el servicio de elección de la hora de entrega entre las 10 y las 18 horas (franja horaria de 2 horas; ejemplo: de 10.00 a 12.00).

Los envíos se preparan el día siguiente de la recepción del pedido y el pago efectuado (confirmación del pedido). Es decir, todos los pedidos recibidos y confirmados de lunes a jueves se envían el día siguiente. Los pedidos recibidos y confirmados de viernes a domingo se envían el lunes. En el caso de cualquier retraso en salida del pedido la empresa informará al cliente sobre la fecha estimada de la entrega.

Si el transportista no consigue realizar la entrega concertada, se pondrá en contacto contigo para la segunda entrega. Por esta razón es importante que nos dejes tu teléfono móvil o fijo. Si la segunda entrega tampoco se puede realizar el pedido se quedará en la sucursal más cercana de Envialia para que puedas retirarlo en un plazo de 7 días naturales. No nos podremos responsabilizar de las consecuencias originadas por posibles retrasos de los envíos.

Return due to faulty packaging

If at the time of delivery you notice that the packaging is damaged and wet (it is understood that it contains internal tears), please refuse the shipment. In this case please contact us by email hola@blancotinto.com or telephone +34 676 490 945.

We will receive the returned shipment and will replace the products as soon as possible.

Return due to article defect

If the wine you have received is not in optimal conditions for consumption, or has a defect, for example "cork", you can return the bottle with the rest of the content covered with the original cork, so we can check the defect in our office address BlancoTinto.com, Calle del Mar 68 - 3A11 - 46560 Massalfassar Spain, Valencia. In case of confirmation that the wine is defective we will send a new bottle free of charge with your next order. It is highly recommended that you send us the return in protective packaging so that the bottle does not break during transport. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the shipment must be made within 30 days from the delivery of the original order.

Returns for not meeting expectations

If you have bought several bottles of the same wine and after tasting it does not meet your expectations, you can return them to us (with suitable packaging and paying the shipping costs to our offices at the address mentioned in the previous section). Once we have checked the condition of the returned bottles (no breakages) we will issue a refund (by the same method of payment) of the amount corresponding to the price of the bottles purchased with a 5% discount for returns management. This type of return is accepted within a maximum period of 30 days from the delivery of the original order.
