Do you want to know in depth the Canarian wine online that we provide?
The Canarian winery Llanos Negros produces its sweet wines with malvasia grapes in plots that are more than 100 years old in the plots of La Tablada, Los Tabaqueros, La Batista, and La Time, semi-plasticized late harvests that are macerated for more than 12 hours and then fermented with their own yeasts, of where it will go to 500L barrels for aging for less than a year.
Meanwhile, their white wine harvests come from different lands according to the needs of the variety. La Tablada, its main vineyard with more than 80 years of age in volcanic sand, produces the exclusive varieties of Gual and Sabro. Meanwhile, La Batista is made with a variety of slow-harvested aromatic Malvasia, in centuries-old lands, macerated for 10 hours before fermenting in large 500L barrels for 8 months, acquiring complex aromas and sensations.
On the other hand, the orange wine from this winery is named after its parcels, Los Tabaqueros and La Time. The first is made up of different varieties of grapes grown 350 meters above the sea and macerated before fermenting in stainless steel for 9 months, coming from the almost hundred-year-old plot located in La Traviesa; while the second wine made with the Listán Blanco variety comes from plots that are more than half a century old, fermented in skins from cement tanks from 1947. Another of our Canarian wineries is Tisalaya Diego, owned by Miguel Morales since 2017, starting with a dry white called Vijariego or Diego by the Lanzarote conejeros, mixing these grapes with Malvasía Volcánica in two exact halves, giving the wine wonderful aromas.
