Winemaking notes: fermentation in barrels, followed by 3 months of aging in barrels.
A white wine from the Canary Islands with all its essence: fruity, with complex touches of spices, and remarkable salinity and minerality. A fantastic choice for pairing with fish (e.g. fried fish, salted fish).
