A special rosé, made with 4 varieties like the “clarets”, i.e. with red and white grapes: the reds – Grenache and Syrah, and the whites – Grenache Blanc and Macabeo.
Natural production, without any additives, aged in old barrels, only 700 bottles! Vintage 2018 enjoys a surprising freshness, and its soft notes of red and forest fruits can accompany many dishes, it is a very gastronomic wine.
