Llanos Negros: Los Tabaqueros and La Time

The Llanos Negros winery produces short-run Canarian orange wine at an average price of around €20.95. Of the Los Tabaqueros vintage, only 1,800 bottles were produced, while La Time produced 2,340, due to the fact that these wines rest for a long time.

Los Tabaqueros’ production was macerated in stainless steel for 9 months, followed by 8 years in storage.

Time fermented for 6 days in cement tanks and then spent 15 years in storage.

Joan de la Casa

The Joan de la Casa winery in Alicante offers a very affordable orange wine for those who want to try it for the first time. The bottle is between €12 and €14 and you can find all kinds, both complex and light.

Eulogio Pomares

In his cellars on the border with Slovenia, he elaborates using a simple and refined technique with the passing of experience. Fermentation in underground amphoras (Georgian qvevri) for 7 months, vertical press transported on purpose and back to the amphora for 5 months. After remaining in clay underground for most of the year, it is transferred to large wooden barrels for a 6-year lethargy.
