A singular wine from the almost extinct Canary Island varieties: Gual and Sabro.

La Tablada is the name of the main vineyard, where little known grapes such as gual and sabro come from. Vineyards over 80 years old, planted in soils covered with volcanic sand on a hillside.
Winemaking notes: pre-fermentation skin maceration in stainless steel (finishing fermentation in French oak barrels). Subsequently aged for 9 months on its lees.
