Els Vil-lusionistes present this orange wine, or as they are called in Catalonia, “vi brisat”, made with mainly white Grenache (70%) and Macabeo (30%). Fermented in earthenware jars, the wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks for aging on the lees for a few months before bottling in June 2021, with only a small addition of sulfur dioxide for preservation.
